What does your free consultation involve? Will you provide a quote?
When a client contacts West Vancouver Roofing we will visit the
home and carry out an inspection of the roof, in order to develop and
accurate quote unique to the clients roofing needs. Once we have this
information we will arrange an in home consultation to provide them with
our various roofing options.
How many days will it
take to have my roof completed upon arrival?
This all depends on the size of the roof, pitch, and the material chosen
to be installed, however a typical roofing project will last 3 – 5 days.
Do you offer a good warranty on your roofing products and services?
Yes. Since we are certified at the highest level, with our roofing material manufacturers, we are able to extend our warranty to an industry leading 50 years on a non-prorated basis covering materials, labour, tear-off and disposal should there ever be a problem with your roof. In addition to this West Vancouver Roofing will provide, in writing, a “watertight” workmanship warranty.
Are the roofing products you use of top quality?
Yes. We use nothing less that industry leading products on the roofs we install. This allows our manufacturers to offer industry leading 50 year warranties, on a non-prorated (full protection) basis, covering materials, labour, tear-off and disposal should there ever be a problem with your roof.
Who is responsible for the cleanup and removal of old roofing material?
For each project we complete, we clean up and dispose of all roofing
debris.
Are you a member of WorkSafeBC (Workers Compensation Board of BC)?
Yes, we are active and up to date with WorksafeBC and all of our workers
are covered while work is being done. We also carry a $2,000,000
Commercial General Liability Insurance policy should there be any damage
to the home or property.
